18.00 - 20.00 welcome reception, free for registered participant, and accompanying person. During the reception, Paul Schenk (Lunar and Planetary Institute, Houston, USA) will lead a tour of the Galilean Moons.

Thursday 7

Sala dei Giganti, piazza Capitaniato
21:0 - 22:30 Concert (free)
The concert is kindly offered by the Galilean School of Higher Education.
The program, on the theme 'Nature and Man', will comprise pieces from Galileo, Debussy, Glazunov, Chaikovskij and Cassadò.

Friday 8

Location: Army Officers Club, Prato della Valle
A tour of the Galilean Menu will be lead by Prof. Alberto Righini (Arcetri, Italy),
Cost: 50€ for registered participants and accompanying persons, to be paid in cash at the reception.
Please confirm us as soon as possible your participation and number of accompanying persons (even if you already did that!). We need to fix all details before Christmas.
Special dietary requests (e.g. vegetarian meal) will be taken into consideration, just tell us in advance.
